To ensure Fitminder functions correctly, we need to process specific data. Because your privacy is important to us, this processing takes place exclusively locally on your device.

A. Your Rewards (User Content)

You can define rewards in the app (Title, Link, Description, Goal).

• Local Storage: This data is stored exclusively in a local database on your own device. No data is transmitted to our servers. You retain full control over the content you enter.

B. Health Data (Health Connect & Apple Health)

The core feature of Fitminder is linking your physical activity to your rewards. For this, we request read access to the following data via Health Connect (Android) or Apple HealthKit (iOS):

• Steps
• Distance
• Exercise (Workouts)
• Total Calories Burned

How we use this data (Privacy First): The app reads this data exclusively locally on your device to check if you have reached a goal.

• No Server Storage: We do not store any health data on external servers. All calculations and mappings take place directly on your smartphone.
• No Third-Party Sharing: Your health data is never sold to advertising networks or data brokers, nor is it shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
